Voyent Alert!SMS Terms of Service
- Voyent Alert! is a communication service used by municipal and regional governments and enterprise to alert residents and employees. Recipients may optionally opt-in to receive SMS notifications related to 2FA login authentication, account notifications, and public service announcements related to the content they have selected in their Voyent Alert! account.
- You can cancel your SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code from which you received the message. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, later, just re-register as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@icesoft.com or by calling 1-877-263-3822.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
